Nebula AI — MAY 2021 Monthly Report

On June 9, 2021, Founder Charles hosted the May AMA meeting in both English and Chinese. The following is a summary of the meeting:

Development Progress

1) NBFS Pool Developments

• Information was added to the Chia mining pool.
• The revenue distribution of Chia was added.
• Chia plotting software was optimized.
• Chia hardware was optimized.

2) NBAI Developments

• We have updated the dependency of the NBAI wallet.
• The team is investigating mapping to different blockchains, such as BSC. We have been especially focused on Defi-related information.

Business Progress

• We continue to work with Filecoin officials and we have submitted an application to become a Filecoin Notary.
• Preparation work for the 2nd Data Center is nearing completion and is expected to be put to use in the middle of June.
• Due to the supply chain, the price in storage servers have risen and the delivery time of SSDs have been delayed repeatedly, which has affected the progress of some developments.
• A new A100 GPU for deep learning research was purchased.
• A cooperative was initiated with professors at Concordia University for edge computing grade analysis to promote business progress.
• The Shanghai office is in the process of registration and is expected to be done before the end of June.
• The hiring process was started for two developers. They will be working on GPU solutions and blockchain integration. One developer needs to be proficient in golang and the other proficient in python.

Future Plans

1. The development of Defi exchanges tokens on BSC and ETH. They established and exchange pair with FIL.
2. We plan to continue our efforts to be listed on exchanges. We need to discuss with shareholders the listing fees and take a vote.
3. Marketing Plan

• More utilization of social media and PR will be used to increase efforts to promote NBAI technology.
• The bounty plan for business design will be reviewed as soon as possible. It is expected that 10 million NBAI tokens will be allocated for rewards in Q2. The business team with publish this information on various outlets and will increase promotional activities in various communities. The social media budget allocation has been implemented.

4. NBAI Blockchain plans to add support for smart contracts and wallet signatures

Q: When is NBAI Listing?

A: The listing application has already started this May. Based on the Social media work and cost considerations, the listing will take 2 to 3 months.

Q: When will the Chia reward be distributed?

A: The first distribution of user income was distributed June 8th. The distribution was based on the income from May 21, 2021 and distributed in accordance with the contract. In the first phase, users can log into their account for inquires.

Q: Do we have any plans to enter the Swarm mining pool?

A: No, we do not have plans to start the Swarm mining .
